Pen interaction using your finger - and reading mode using Cortana! Oh boy - my inner geek is experiencing pure jubilation. But Windows 8 was released before it was debugged and I'm leery about anything they release touting all the 'new' fad technology. People want productivity and innovation, but they want it to be reliable and consistent.
ReplyDeleteI agree, theirs so many things nowadays that is specifically targeted towards certain genders, race, ages instead of being reliable and forever ones use.
DeleteI think this will be awesome. Windows is already such a big program and I think that anything else created by them will be beneficial and used by several people.
DeleteI think any improvement in technology is a plus. Anything to make life easier is going to get a lot of thumbs up, well at least at first. Soon someone will later test it out and then give a million reasons of why it doesn't work to their ability and how its bad for society.
ReplyDeleteI love new Technology but, it does concern me that too much of it is going to render our children stupid. Kids are forgetting how to write and look up books in the library, and forgetting their math, because all that has to be done is push a bunch of buttons. It is scary to me that technology is also making people extremely lazy hence adding to the already major issue of obesity in this country. Some things you should have to physically look for and accomplish without more modernized technology to do it for you.
